Full Job Description

Yaser SoftSolutions looking for Strategy Officer rule as this role is pivotal in defining and aligning short and long-term strategic goals with senior executives, ensuring the organization remains focused and adaptable in a dynamic market landscape. They analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that enhance competitive advantage. Responsible for fostering innovation and adapting to industry changes, the Strategy Officer oversees efficient resource allocation, mitigates risks, and communicates strategic objectives, Performance, compliance across all levels of the organization. He/ She will engage with Internal and external stakeholders to align strategic decisions with expectations, ensuring sustained growth and stakeholder satisfaction

Experience and specialization.

Minimum of five years working in building and improving the organization’s strategy.
Minimum of one year as a team leader or department manager as the organization’s strategy team lead or department manager.
 

Specific Skills:

Ability to develop and design a multi-year plan and roadmap to continue to grow the scale and scope of our suite of consumer products and services
Proven experience working with the company’s management in assessing strategic options for new potential solutions for customers, including recommending the best path forward.
Proven experience in cascading executive-level initiatives, conducting impact assessment, and aligning support across all relevant business units
 

Detailed Skills and Duties

1.Strategic Planning & development:
    Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures in areas such as operations, human resources, records management, security    management and communications.
    Effectively communicate the company's strategy to all employees, stakeholders, and shareholders, and maintain transparency regarding progress.
    Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment

2.Performance Management:
    Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
    Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of the company.
    Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO registration.
 

3. Compliance Management:
     Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree or related field
• Master’s Business Administration would be an asset.
• Sufficient experience in marketing, business management and Administration, to meet the job requirements.

Salary:

• $64,506 to $66,000 Annual Salary, full-time

 Schedule: 

• 8 hours shift.
• Monday to Friday

Expected Start date: 

• Immediately.
